What type of boxes does the bag dispenser hold?
Any boxes of dog waste bags that can fit a 3.24"w x 3.14”d and 13.48"h space each. The extra height allows you to store spare boxes on top of the other ones. We already offer 3 boxes of pet waste bags so you can have it ready to use on the spot!

How hard is it to assemble? Did the base in the picture come as well? Is it mobile or cannot be placed permanently in the ground?
The base of the station is included. It is designed to be mounted on a cemented surface, using 4 M10 screws (all hardware included). If you want to move the station to another place at any time, you can simply take it out of the ground and fasten it to the new place. In this case, you might need new screws.

How do I fasten this dog waste station to the ground?
To add even more security to our pet waste stations, we designed our products to be anchored in cement, on the ground. In this case, along with the provided items you will also need a Percussion Drill & a Hammer. We made it super easy for our customers to have the station up and ready in no time, so we included all the mounting hardware and a step-by-step instructions manual in the package!
